I rented equipment for a mountaineering trip to the Monte Rosa range from unlimited sports. The equipment was 1st class but is the service that totally stands out. David took the time to properly fit my gear especially the crampons trying multiple settings until he was happy with the fit unlike the usual 30 second fit in a chain store which made a huge difference to how they performed on the mountain. Ce n’est pas la première fois que je loue du matériel de montagne en magasin mais cette année a été différente. Jamais quelqu’un ne nous avais autant accompagné sur le choix du matériel,  expliquer à ce point en détail la manière de s’en servir etc…que vous. Des appels téléphoniques le lendemain de la location pour nous fournir encore davantage de détails, c’est un soin que je n’ai trouvé nul part ailleurs. Encore un grand merci pour ce " kit Mont Blanc " sans défaut, cet accompagnement unique et ces discussions que nous avons eu à la fin. We had such an amazing experience with Unlimited Sports, and especially with David! We rented most of our gear for Mont Blanc, and from the moment we arrived, David was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He spent almost 2 hours carefully checking all our equipment, making sure everything fitted perfectly and, most importantly, making sure we understood how to use everything properly. As someone with very little experience, I really appreciated all the advice he gave me. Some of his tips were genuinely lifesaving later on during the trip! He also noticed that my backpack wasn’t quite right for me and changed it for a bigger one, and he adjusted our crampons so that when we needed them, we could simply put them on without having to struggle with the fitting. On top of all that, we were running late for our tramway, and David kindly kept our luggage for us free of charge, which saved us from having to run around looking for a locker. That small gesture made such a big difference at the time! We were absolutely satisfied with the service. It’s honestly no surprise that David and Unlimited Sports consistently receive 5-star reviews. He really deserve it. We actually came back one day earlier than planned, and David kindly offered us €50 either towards some equipment or our next rental. We loved the place and the service so much that we decided to leave the €50 with them for the next time we come back! Highly recommended!
